Last Updated: 06-17-2026

Welcome to Anchor Export & Trading LLC. By accessing and using our website https://anchorexportusa.com/ and our services, you “the Client” agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Anchor Export & Trading specializes in connecting contractors, developers, and remodelers in the Caribbean with premium U.S. building materials. Our services include product sourcing and quoting, export coordination, international standards compliance support, and end-to-end logistics assistance.

2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Relationship

Our services are primarily directed at construction professionals, developers, and businesses (B2B). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you represent that you have the authority to bind the company or entity you represent to these terms.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Pricing

  • Quotes: Quotes provided by Anchor Export are based on client specifications and current market prices. Due to fluctuations in material and freight costs, quotes have limited validity (usually indicated on the quote document).
  • Order Acceptance: An order is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed payment or deposit, and the issuance of an official confirmation by us.
  • Pricing: All prices exclude local taxes in the destination country, customs duties, freight charges and port fees unless otherwise specified (e.g., under a specific agreed Incoterm).

4. Logistics, Shipping, and Export

  • Delivery Times: We provide delivery estimates based on U.S. manufacturer availability and ocean freight schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, extreme weather conditions, port strikes, or shipping line issues.
  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for goods passes to the Client according to the agreed Incoterm on the commercial invoice (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF).
  • Regulatory Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring materials comply with local building codes of their specific island or country, although we provide products aligned with global standards and technical information to support this.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Manufacturer Warranties: As intermediaries and export coordinators, Anchor Export transfers to the Client all applicable warranties provided directly by U.S. manufacturers. We do not offer additional implied warranties on the products.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Anchor Export be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or project delays) arising from the use of our services or materials provided.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
